For the best staging experience, add our complete turnkey stage service. Before the event, we deliver, setup, and install the stage. At the conclusion we strike and load out our stage. A wide variety of stage configuration options are available. Height is 2' or 3' or anything in between to handle uneven terrain. Dimensions are width x depth.

Cold Spark Fountain Machines
For your once in a lifetime event, we travel to your location, set up, and operate our fire-less cold spark fountain machines to elevate the energy and create memories that will last a lifetime. Our machines use Ti Composite powder, avoiding the pollution and fire created by traditional powder. They are safe to use outdoors as well as indoors. Perfect for stage events, weddings, clubs, and corporate events. Popular options include VIP grand entrance, the wedding couple's first dance, and exit/send-off. Up to 8 cold spark machines are available to increase the intensity of the effect. Our pricing includes multiple uses of the cold spark machines at your event (example: you can request cold sparks for the couple's first dance AND the couple's final send-off). Package includes the powder, which averages about $35 per machine.
Dry Ice Machines "Dancing on the Clouds"
Transform your dance floor instantly with a beautiful sea of cloud to create a magical couple's first dance. Up to 4 dry ice machines are available to increase the intensity of the effect. We travel to your location, set up, and operate our dry ice machines.
Pricing includes dry ice, which averages about $40 per machine. Note that these are not fog machines or haze machines. The "cloud" will leave immediately following the end of the first dance, and there will be no smoke or haze in the venue. These machines will not trigger any smoke detectors and are safe to use indoors. Note that this effect does not work as well outdoors.
360 Video Booth Experience
From red carpet premieres, to corporate parties, to epic wedding celebrations, we have a front-row seat to all the action for your guests. Our 360 photo booth experience allows your guests to capture the event and its surroundings by creating a fun and exciting video on their smart phone. Pricing includes travel to your event, setup/teardown, and one of our amazing event specialists!
Bubble Machines
For the ultimate wedding send-off, our bubble machine service will capture the colorful magic and excitement and end your event on a high note. Other popular options include bubble machines for your wedding recessional as the wedding couple concludes their ceremony and walks down the aisle together. Pricing includes travel to your event, setup/teardown, heavy duty bubble machines, and industrial bubble solution. Our bubble machines are battery operated to avoid unsightly power cables.
Bright Projectors with 80" or 100" Screens
- Our 4,000 Lumens (extra bright) high definition projector placed on an attractive stand can be used to project images for presentations and videos. Sound is amplified with use of one or two speakers (depending on audience size).
- Our 80" or 100" widescreen projector screen uses quality matte fabric to deliver bright and vivid images with no light penetration. The portable projector screen is designed with black masking borders for improved focus and alignment.
- Includes a wireless presentation remote with laser
- Includes setup/takedown and an Audio/Visual technician on site.
80" Screen overall dimensions are 28.3" high x 51.2" wide, 80" diagonal, 16:9 aspect ratio.
100" Screen overall dimensions are 33.9"high x 71.7" wide, 100" diagonal, 16:9 aspect ratio.
Softbox Lighting
- Our softbox lighting (2 included in kit) are super bright with balanced safe daylight (5500K) and include 2x135W CFL bulbs which are equal to 2x1350W incandescent bulbs, saving energy up to 80%.
- Excellent for photography and videography, the 2x aluminium alloy stands can be adjusted from 30.7 inches to 82.7 inches, with a 210° rotatable head.
- Popular options are to combine soft box lighting with our green screen or 360 photo booth.
- Includes setup/takedown and a Lighting technician on site.

Truss (8x8 square)
For the best staging experience, add our complete turnkey truss service. Before the event, we deliver, setup, and help you mount your lights. At the conclusion of your event, we help you dismount your lights, strike and load out our truss. A wide variety of truss mounting clamps to accommodate your lighting are included at no additional cost.
- Standard Truss Configuration: 15 ft. wide, 10 ft. deep, 10 ft. high (90 linear feet.)
- 15 linear feet of 10 ft high black drape included in our standard package
